I love getting presents. They make me feel remembered and adored. Three people really surprised me this week by sending me gifts. The first surprised me because I almost forgot about my amazon wishlist. All of a sudden someone who I barely had spoken with emailed me and expressed his appreciation for me and bought me a Kate Spade purse on my wishlist. It made my day to discover a fan out there and be pampered with a luxurious gift. It’s like having a secret admirer. I love that!!!
Then a new sub that I have been talking with ordered me a bunch of smaller items from my list just because he wanted to do something special in between calls. I love that he took the time to ask me what makes me happy. Sheepishly I admitted presents top my list. Why would I be sheepish about anything?? Good question! I am coming out to the world right now that presents make me feel really good!
The third instance this week was another surprise. A sub bought my Skype id and the charge was reversed by the credit card company. I never got paid the $10. I let him know and the next day he sent me $15 and bought me a $6 gift from my wishlist. Your thoughtfulness and kindness is what makes me so happy. It doesn’t matter how much the gifts cost. When you buy me a gift, big or small I know you thought about what makes me happy and what you could do to make me smile.
So now the world knows, getting presents is one of my favorite things in life. Here is my Amazon Wishlist. Peruse what I picked out and remember that I love all gifts, big and small.
